Mouse Sensitivity Converter / Calculator

The following instructions are demonstrated in the video linked at the top of this sheet.

There are also some important settings you should know about so make sure to watch the video to ensure you get the most perfect sensitivity possible!

NOTE: If you enter your preferences and then adjust your starting sensitivity or starting DPI, your perfect sensitivity will not update. If that happens, just toggle one of the preferences and all of the fields should update! If you are still having problems, trying deleting your cache.

Enter your starting sensitivity and starting DPI.

Change your in-game sensitivity to the lowest value indicated next to the first iteration.

Practice tracing a mark on a wall, a head, a small target, or other in game element with your mouse while moving around.

The movement should feel smooth and stay on the target as much as possible.

Make sure to test close to the target and further away from the target.

If you can also test some small height changes, that is great too as it will improve your consistency.

Now change your sensitivity to the highest value indicated next to the first test.

Repeat step 4.

Which one felt better, easier, smoother, less shaky and more accurate to you?

Select either 'Lower' or 'Higher' in the Preference column next to iteration 1.

Now the next iteration will have the values updated automatically.

Repeat steps 3-6 until you have completed the 7th iteration.

Upon completing the 7th iteration, your perfect sensitivity and eDPI will be displayed! Congratulations!

This mouse sensitivity converter allows you to convert sensitivities between games. This means that you’ll be able to take a game’s 360 rotation and transfer it precisely into another game. The major benefit to doing so is that you’ll be able to keep your hard-earned muscle memory throughout any game you play.

To use this calculator, simply choose which games you want to convert from and to, then enter the sensitivity of the original game you’re converting from. After that, you’ll have the option of choosing a “from” and “to” DPI. If you’re not changing DPI between games, then do not worry about this section and leave it as is.

After entering in the required info, our calculator will instantaneously calculate and display your new converted sensitivity in the final field. Beside your new sensitivity there is also a section which shows your inches and cm per 360. Those measurements simply indicate how far you have to move your mouse to do a full 360 in-game.
